Absolutely! Children and adolescents have a very high potential for neuroplasticity, meaning they can build or “reprogram” their brains and neural connections faster and easier.

During a neurofeedback session, you typically sit comfortably in a chair and wear a network of electrical sensors on your head. These sensors passively record your brainwaves and transmit them to a computer—they don’t send any signals to your brain themselves.

If necessary, we connect parents and children together and this is our unique selling point.

In Advanced NeuroFeedback & NeuroSkilling, we focus on neurotraining – we not only stimulate your brain using an EEG-supported top-down approach, but also give your body the opportunity to initiate and support the development and strengthening of neural connections with specially developed bottom-up physiotherapy exercises as a holistic stimulator. This method works faster and more sustainably – and is equally effective for children, adolescents, and adults.

Neurofeedback or neurotraining is recommended for low mood, depression, lack of concentration, ADD, ADHD, autism, sleep difficulties, mood swings, reading and spelling difficulties and other indications.

Benefits of neurofeedback training

  • Better memory performance and ability to concentrate

Various studies show that memory and concentration skills can be significantly improved through the use of targeted and scientifically based neurofeedback training.

  • Reduction of panic and anxiety

People who suffer from anxiety or panic attacks can alleviate their symptoms through regular neurofeedback training.

  • Improvement of sleep duration and quality

Neurofeedback training also helps people who have trouble falling asleep, wake up repeatedly, or cannot reach the all-important deep sleep phase.

  • Reduction of depression symptoms

Regular and professionally conducted neurofeedback training sessions can reduce symptoms of depression or significantly improve the healing effect of other training approaches.

To ensure maximum training success, we only conduct a maximum of two neurofeedback sessions at a time in our facilities – and we allocate at least 60 minutes of time for you. Of course, a 90-minute session allows us to better address your individual needs:

A 60-minute neurofeedback session costs 150 euros plus VAT.

A 90-minute neurofeedback session costs 180 euros plus VAT.

Of course. Your health and personal development are always our top priority in all our efforts. Please contact us before starting training, and together we’ll find the options that best fit your budget.

Side effects cannot be completely ruled out with any medical or therapeutic intervention – this is the nature of the process. Nevertheless, the overwhelming majority of neurofeedback patients have not experienced any side effects, as neurofeedback training neither involves the administration of medications nor compromises the body’s physiological integrity.

In cases of depression, ADHD, anxiety, or concussion-related conditions, brain waves don’t work together as they should. Neurofeedback training ensures that brain waves are “on the right frequency” again, reconnects inactive areas of the brain, and also improves the cooperation between the two cerebral hemispheres.

Yes, regular and properly conducted neurofeedback training can improve IQ test results. In fact, there is hardly any method better suited to further increasing IQ. Targeted neurofeedback also helps optimize EQ (emotional intelligence) and establish and stabilize a constructive balance between IQ (left brain) and EQ (right brain).

Chronic pain is often accompanied by functional changes in the brain. Neurofeedback is ideal for managing or reducing pain conditions by altering the connectivity between brain regions or initiating long-term changes in the neural network to compensate for the impairments caused by pain.

At the beginning of neurofeedback training, you should conduct a neurofeedback session two to three times a week. If necessary, you can also have a neurofeedback session several times a day or on several consecutive days.

At the beginning of each neurofeedback session series, we hold an initial on-site appointment in our technically well-equipped practice rooms in Berlin-Grunewald. Here, we determine how many sessions we need – and, upon request, provide you with the “online practice set.” You can then begin the sessions immediately at home – or any other location with a good internet connection. We will, of course, provide you with comprehensive support with the technical setup and provide detailed instructions on how to use it. The leasing fee is €500 for 10 months. In addition, there are the costs for the neurofeedback sessions, which range between €130 and €150 depending on the length.
