In Advanced NeuroFeedback & NeuroSkilling, we combine targeted, methodical training with motivating neurofeedback. State-of-the-art devices measure our brain waves in real time using sensors. This allows us to determine whether alpha or beta brain waves are currently active. Too many beta waves indicate stress. Alpha waves dominate during relaxation. This is our goal in neurofeedback training.
We tailor the training to your individual needs. After an analysis, we create your training plan, explaining the exercises in detail and how often you should repeat them at home. We use various neurofeedback/EEG devices, depending on your needs. You can even use some of them for your daily exercises at home.
